Shipping
We ship throughout Italy and, upon request, to certain countries within the European Union.
Shipping is free for orders equal to or above €100 (VAT included).
For orders equal to or below €99.99, the shipping cost is €5 (VAT included).
Shipping Methods
We offer tracked shipping in two options:
- Standard: delivery within a maximum of 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
- Express: delivery within a maximum of 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
We rely on GLS and Poste Italiane.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time.
Thanks to the Flex Delivery service, we offer a more flexible and customized shipping experience.
You will receive real-time updates on your shipment status and will be able to select a new delivery date, or (with GLS only) choose pickup at a GLS access point near you.
Processing Times
In addition to the courier’s delivery time, you must consider the time required to prepare your order in our workshop:
- Non-personalized products: processing within a maximum of 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
- Personalized products: processing within a maximum of 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to give it priority.
Pre-Order Products
For pre-order products (not immediately available), processing and delivery times are extended by approximately 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) compared to standard lead times.
If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together, and the longer timeframe (i.e., that of the pre-order item) will apply.
Delivery and Storage (Giacenza)
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be held in storage (giacenza) and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Please note: the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Delays and Liability
Mayra Home is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, bad weather, holidays, logistical restrictions, etc.).
In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided.
Returns
We put great care into every embroidery we create. Before shipping, we take the time to carefully check the quality of each order. It’s very important to us that the final result meets and hopefully exceeds your expectations.
Right of Withdrawal
For non-personalized products, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.
To exercise this right, please send a written request to info@mayrahome.it, indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Costs and Refund Policy
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
We do not reimburse shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery or for returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, and will cover only the amount paid for the products, provided that the items are intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items made upon the customer’s specific request, as stated in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Returns are not accepted for personalized products, unless the personalization or the product itself is defective.
The product images shown on mayrahome.it are for illustrative purposes only.
We do our best to represent colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur between the online images and the actual product.
These variations may be due to photo editing for better visual quality or the color profile of the device used for browsing.
Such differences do not constitute defects or non-conformities and cannot be considered valid reasons for returns or complaints regarding personalized products.
