These general conditions govern access to and use of the website www.mayrahome.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), as well as sales made through it.

The Site is managed by MarIlaB SNC di Parlato Marica e Parlato Ilaria, with registered office in Via S. Francesco, 17 – 80067 Sorrento (NA), Italy.

Use of the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user. We invite you to read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Object of the Agreement

This agreement concerns the remote sale of customizable goods offered on the website www.mayrahome.it, according to the terms outlined herein.

2. Registration and Account

To make purchases, the user may register on the Site or proceed as a guest. The data provided must be accurate and up to date.
Mayra Home is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect data.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available in the footer of the Site.

3. Customized Products

Customized products are made according to the user’s specific request. The previews provided are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final result due to the artisanal nature of the embroidery, the characteristics of the materials used, and the fact that previews are displayed on digital devices, which may alter colors, proportions, and details.

Once the order is confirmed and the customization approved, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code. For any doubts or specific requests, we invite you to contact us before placing the order, so we can confirm every detail together and ensure the best possible result.

4. Prices, Payment Methods, and Invoicing

All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payment methods are those listed on the checkout page. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

If you need an electronic invoice, please complete your order as usual and contact us immediately afterward via email at info@mayrahome.it, providing your complete billing details (including SDI code or PEC, if applicable).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Mayra Home ships throughout Italy and, where applicable, to selected countries within the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product processing time, especially for customized items.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For non-customized products, users have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written request must be sent to info@mayrahome.it, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, and no shipping fees will be refunded, including those for the original shipment and the return.

The refund will cover only the price paid for the returned products and will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided the items are intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, made upon specific request by the user, as per Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

7. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects, as provided by the Consumer Code.

In case of a defective product, contact info@mayrahome.it with a description and images of the issue.
Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. You may request a repair, replacement, or refund.

If the defect is reported within 12 months, verification is our responsibility; after 12 months, we may ask for a contribution to the verification costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mayra Home shall not be held liable for indirect damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the Site or from errors in the content provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, graphics) is the exclusive property of Mayra Home or its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
